Details about collecting personal data

PERSONAL DATA

Personal information refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual (respondent), an identifiable individual is one that can be directly or indirectly identified, in particular by providing an identifier such as: e.g. name, telephone, identification number, location information, web identifiers such as email address, login information for web pages and passwords.

USE AND STORAGE OF DATA

In the context of GDPR compliance, the author of the survey is the controller. This means that the controller decides how your survey data will be processed and for what purpose.

An individual submits his / her personal information voluntarily on the basis of his / her consent and may wish to withdraw this consent at any time.

The author of the survey will only use the information obtained for the purpose of the research. It will also not associate the data with other data at its disposal. The research author will store the data obtained on the 1KA tool server. The data will be stored for as long as is necessary to accomplish the purpose of the research or until the individual’s eventual cancellation or deletion.

USERS OF PERSONAL DATA

Survey data is processed by contractors (web survey tool provider and cloud service provider).

Survey data are not provided to third parties.

The data may be shared with other users who have a proper legal basis for it.

TRANSFER OF DATA TO THIRD COUNTRIES

Personal data are not transmitted to third countries.

DATA ON AUTHORIZED PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The author of the research or the organization within which the research takes place has an authorized personal data protection officer who can be reached at SEEtheSkills Consortium

DATA PROTECTION

The author of the survey will protect the information obtained from unauthorized access, modification, use, collection, storage, processing, disclosure or destruction. Only the author of the research, the maintainer of the 1KA service and its subcontractor have access to the data.

DELETION, CORRECTION OR ACCESS TO PERSONAL AND SURVEY DATA

In relation to the processing of personal data, an individual has the right of access to data, the right to correction, the right to erasure (the »right to be forgotten«), the right to limit the processing, the right to transfer of data, the right to object to the collection of personal data. In addition, the respondent is also entitled to file a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the supervisory authority or. to the Information Commissioner.

Written or electronic request for the assertion of the aforementioned rights may be forwarded by the individual to the author at the e-mail address of the info@seetheskills.eu. In case of problems you can contact help@1ka.si.

If the author fails to comply with the request, the respondent may contact the data protection supervisory authority in the country of the author of the survey (list of supervisory authorities by country).
