SEEtheSkills is active in promoting the results jointly with the sister projects in Construction skills.

In the frame of the 10th annual edition of Sustainable Places (SP2022), proven as Europe’s #1 destination for EU research collaboration and market opportunities, that will be a hybrid event, from 6th September to 9th September 2022 with the in-person sessions hosted in Nice, France, the third edition of the workshop Sustainable Energy Skills in the Construction Sector Workshop 3.0 will be organized. This workshop is a continuation of two previous Sustainable Energy Skills in the Construction Sector Workshop at SP2020 and SP2021. The objective of this workshop is to share expertise, lessons learned, and developed methodologies on energy efficiency skills competencies, and qualifications across the building design, operation, and maintenance value chain. Participating projects: INSTRUCT, BUSLeague, TRAIN4SUSTAIN, PRO Heritage, ARISE, SEEtheSkills and BusGoCircular.

This year, EUSEW European Sustainable Energy Week is announced as a hybrid event, on the theme of ‘Going green and digital for Europe’s energy transition’, with speakers and participants in Brussels and online. Alongside joining the Policy Conference from 26 to 29 September, preceded by a dedicated extended programme from 19 to 23 September, attendees can also:

  • follow the European Sustainable Energy Awards Ceremony
  • join the third European Youth Energy Day (EYED)
  • network with other clean energy stakeholders visit the stands at the hybrid Energy Fair
  • showcasing innovative projects in sustainable energy
  • attend Energy Talks about new ideas in clean energy (onsite attendance only).

SEEtheSkills will be a co-organizer of the session titled Leveraging digitalisation and construction skills towards 2030 energy goals organised ONLINE as a part of the EXTENDED PROGRAMME, on 21 September 2022, from 12:00-13:30. The registration is now open and available at the registration link.
